MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST/Test Resource Manager (TRM) within the Test and Evaluation (T&E) Management of Programs and Operations (TEMPO) Department of NAVTESTWINGLANT NWCF.


  • You will serve as a team leader who works with team members to successfully complete specific tasks, produce work products and services, and meet program objectives.
  • You will integrate work processes and products, obtains resources, and maintains liaison with the supervisor.
  • You will conduct analytical work to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • You will accurately forecast, plan, and request test resources for Test and Evaluation schedules, requirements and objectives.
  • You will plan, manage, and execute complex Test and Evaluation requirements and tasks in support of a program and Test and Evaluation IPT priorities and objectives.
  • You will provides advice and guidance to team participants on resource plans, schedules, methods, policies and objectives.

Requirements

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11/12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Knowledge of NTWL and TEMPO test process and organizational structure/relationships, test tools sets, resources, scheduling, and NAVAIR T&E instructions and policies in order to affect the use of TEMPO support resources. 2) Mastery knowledge of fundamental flight test management principles, i.e. planning, control, execution, reporting, etc., as applied to T&E resource management. 3) Ability to plan, organize and communicate work in support of T&E programs to accomplish a variety of concurrent activities performed by a variety of organizations.
